About Natalie M. Sjaardema
Natalie M. Sjaardema was raised in Santa Monica, California and moved to gorgeous Hanalei, Kauai, at the age of 15. Surf, sand and sun eventually transitioned into a vibrant real estate career for Natalie on Kauai’s North and East Shores. At 26, she took her talents to Santa Barbara, California, where she continued in Real Estate and also started a construction company specializing in waterproof decking and seamless flooring systems. Natalie’s company flourished for many years until she sold it to launch full time into the New Homes boom in the Palm Springs area.
Natalie excelled in the new homes sales process which encompassed floor-up construction to close of escrow. She became Regional Sales Manager for Ponderosa Homes and was key in their launch back into the Southern California market after years building exclusively in the Northern part of the state. Natalie sold through a number of new home communities, building and developing strong relationships among her peers and clients. When the market changed, Natalie, who was adept at Graphics Design and Website marketing through her experience with new home communities, parlayed that into a newfound marketing career. Natalie spent 6 years between the Citrus and Indian Ridge Country Clubs building on her marketing skills while creating and implementing innovative marketing programs to increase membership involvement and sales.
As the market began to recover, Natalie combined her Marketing and Real Estate knowledge and started her own Sales and Real Estate Property Management business. Natalie knows and utilizes the web to affordably market all aspects of sales and management. Natalie creates flyers, posters and advertising and shares these with her peers and other agents. The skills that Natalie has acquired over her career set her well above others in her respected profession. The years of Real Estate experience combined with her strong administrative, electronic media and marketing skills put her in an optimum position to allow you to make your next investment acquisition, sale or leasing transaction a smooth, innovative, creative and seamless process!
